Overview & Key Responsibilities:

As a part of the HR team, s/he will be responsible for

  • Hiring
    • Responsible for hiring end to end – creating job descriptions,
    • sourcing, scheduling interviews and executing the entire recruiting
    • process
      o Offer negotiation and getting right people on board
    • Designing and managing hiring process efficiently
    • Managing hiring budget
  • Onboarding / Induction / training
    • Executing onboarding and induction process
    • Working with right training partners to implement relevant programs
  • Employee engagement
    • Enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning,
    • Implementing, and evaluating employee relations
    • Human resources policies, programs, and practices
    • Managing attrition by connecting with employees regularly,
    • conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes
  • Compliances and audits
    • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable
    • Human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining records
    • Support, strengthen the HR function by knowledge of relevant laws, policies and HR management software tool

Key Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration with a minimum of 4-6 years in HR
  • Ability to multi task and handle high pressure and demanding situations
  • Experience in small – Medium enterprise will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse personalities and perspectives, stakeholder management by building relationships and collaboration skills will
