About End Poverty  End Poverty is a civil society organization registered in 2009 with a purpose to contribute towards poverty reduction in India. EP has been working in the states  of Rajasthan, Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, UP and Delhi. EP’s main target segment are poor landless agricultural farmers, small and marginal  farmers, traditional artisans, poor and needy women, girl child, unemployed  youth etc. Capacity building and training are the most important elements among others to support the diverse groups striving for change and a better life. 

End Poverty is a professionally managed, forward-looking, catalyst organization  that designs & delivers customized, innovative and self-sustaining development programs which are replicable and create social impact.  

End Poverty has identified four main areas of program interventions: Sustainable  Livelihood Creation, Girls Education, Rural Development and Civil Society  development.

Job Location  Guna, Madhya Pradesh 
Job Responsibilities  Selection and recruitment of staff  

Helping in selection of Project staff, preparation of KRA, roles and  responsibility of recruited staff 

Retaining project staff 

Activation of villages 

Selection of villages based on the criteria fixed for the activities 

Identification of Gram Sakhi  

Ensuring participation of major key stakeholders in the village

Ensuring participation  

Implementation of the program 

Ensuring the participation of targeted farmers, GS 

Achievement of overall project targets 

Innovations : 

Help in conducting the surveys as and when required to highlight needs and  practices in the area and suggesting new innovative idea to be implemented  in the field 


Liaising with donor and regional office staff and line departments to update  them about program objectives and achievements 

Office management and monitoring 

Monitoring of project parameters 

Keeping a close eye on attainment of KRA’s by respective staff

Monitoring, progress reporting of project activities. 

Monitoring physical & financial progress of the project.

• Handling compliance related to Operations – Budgeting/ finance/  licensing agreements. (if required)
Reporting to  Key Account Manager
Qualification &  Required skills and  Competencies • Masters in social work, Agriculture and rural management from any premier institutes.

4-6 years of experience in social development Sector (agriculture and  experience of promoting rural enterprises will be an added advantage) 

• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines

Good verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to manage projects, work collaboratively, and foster dialogue with  multiple departments

• Experience in building powerful relationships with a range of stakeholders internally and externally.

• Commitment to the objectives of the organization
