Job Summary 

Designation: Project Coordinator 

Location: Bhubaneswar and Rourkela 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Graduate or postgraduate from a reputed institution. 
  • 2+ years of professional experience in similar functions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Odia. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for implementing initiatives and activities to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness of the program. 
  • Monitor progress and ensure smooth functioning of each activity within a cluster of schools. 
  • Responsible for driving, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting processes with teams on a weekly and monthly basis. Lead with technical teams to analyze data and create dashboards. 
  • Responsible for executing training of trainers program, monitoring training, and development of trainers, and ensuring regular communication with trainers for smooth implementation. 
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information 
  • Liaising with Business segments, key stakeholders, vendors, and key partners to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives 
  • Ensuring that the Business segment’s needs are met as the project evolves 
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes 
  • Analyze risks and opportunities 
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise 
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Managers to eliminate blockers 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
