Location: Gurugram, Haryana


SRF Foundation is the social wing of SRF Limited. It primarily provides support and access to the marginalized in the fields of education, vocational skills, health and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:
Given below, may vary as per the requirement of work

• Procurement of Materials and Preparation of PO/WO and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
• Coordination with Team and vendors for timely delivery of materials
• Travel and logistic arrangement
• All Official assets Insurances and renewal
• Administrative support to HO and Field employees
• Effective documentation and upgradation of Policies
• Agreement Preparation and record management

Desired Skill-Set;
• Sound knowledge of office procedures
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in any discipline or diploma in Administration with minimum 3-4 years of experience

Compensation Range: CTC 4L to 5L per annum (Negotiable, based on Profile)
