Title: HR Executive
Position: Full Time
Remuneration: The salary for this position will be according to industry standards.
Location: This role is based in Hyderabad in Telangana.
Major Responsibilities
The HR Executive will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Suggest and implement HR digital tools to facilitate tasks
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in HR
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and intra-organization activities to promote employee engagement
- Enable volunteers, interns and employees to form key relationships
- Undertake research
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on personnel performance
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Manage and motivate team members
- Encourage collaboration across teams
- Regularly liaise with volunteers, interns and employees via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face
Reporting Structure
The HR Executive will report to the Director.
Requirements
The candidate should have prior experience of 1-2 years in Human Resources in any sector but preferably in the development sector. The candidate should be comfortable understanding and using technology to record data. The candidate for this position will also need to have good people skills and have the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
These are the academic/professional requirements for the position:
- 1-2 years of work experience in HR
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
