Job title: Executive – Human Resources Talent Acquisition
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Reports to: Senior manager Human Resources
Key relationships:  

Internal: Implementers, Leads, Executive Director  

External: Candidates, Consultants, Vendors

Role purpose: 

To be responsible for overall Human Resource operations

Key responsibilities  Deliverable Outcomes
Human Resource  Recruitment 

Create job descriptions of all positions across  programs 

Source candidates through various channels and  maintain a candidate pool for future requirements 

Conduct the initial screening and shortlist candidates 

Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment  process 

Conduct pre-boarding, onboarding and induction of  all employees 

HR operations 

Create letters such as offer, appointment,  confirmation, contracts and agreements 

Update and maintain soft copies and hard copies of all  employee record 

Maintain HR records, such as those related to  compensation, leaves, attendance and performance. 

Update and monitor the HRMS at regular intervals 

Employee Engagement 

Ideate opportunities for employee engagement and  conduct them monthly. 

Maintain a calendar to track these activities

Person specification 


Qualification:  Relevant degree in Human Resource Management
Prior Experience:  2-5 years’ experience 
Language Proficiency:  Fluent in spoken and written English & Hindi.  Knowledge of Marathi is added advantage
Essential skills:  Excellent Communication skills – oral and written 

In-depth knowledge in MS Excel & other MS office  suites with strong online research skills 

Strong Problem solving, conflict resolution and  decision-making skills

Essential attributes:  Approachable and cordial 

Collaborative, team-focused, and willing to use skills  to support others’ work 

Highly organized and capable of planning, managing,  and executing initiatives from start to finish 

Ability to work independently and with digital tools,  prioritize tasks, work under tight timeframes, and  meet deadlines 

Ability to write and articulate/communicate complex  ideas in simple, understandable terms

Working Hours  10 am – 6 pm / Mon-Fri
