Job Title: Associate Manager, Mindspark (NGOs)
Team & Division: Mindspark Implementation, EI Shiksha
Reporting To: Manager (Mindspark), Ei Shiksha
Location: Bangalore or Delhi (preferred)

About the team

The Mindspark Implementation team is operations arm of EI Shiksha, a vertical of EI that exclusively works with low-income or government schools. It takes EI’s expertise in technology-based personalized adaptive learning and builds solutions/programmes/products contextualised for the B-o-P settings. This is done in collaboration with state governments, international grantmakers, corporate foundations, and NGOs. Over the two decades, EI Shiksha has undertaken over 80+ projects with 35+ clients (16+languages, 40+ detailed studies published) across geographies, socio-linguistic backgrounds in India and abroad, for more than 10 million students across different grades.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Project management of Shiksha Mindspark projects across India – Manage and follow-up on project timelines to ensure deliverables are met on time with high quality
• Work with students across various partners – NGOs, governments, funders, and schools on how Mindspark can help improve learning outcomes
• Work with clients on a regular basis including appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
• Understand & fulfill training needs for projects
• Ensuring key outcomes (usage, # of users, Learning levels) of the project are met – may require observing trends/patterns in daily/weekly reports and having conversations on the same.
• Analyse and oversee data collection in relation to programmatic interventions
• Develop & share all periodic reports in a timely manner with clients/internal teams.
• Data Management – Maintaining records of Tasks, Issues, Bugs and interactions & escalating wherever necessary
• Work with the internal tech, support, product & content teams to resolve pressing issues
• Cleaning & analysis of raw data in periodic durations & report to internal teams/external clients
• Travel for the Product Implementation, Training, and Support as and when required

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields, including management, economics, social sciences, and public policy

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a government/ CSR/NGO funded project
• Experience with project management tools cloud-based tools (BaseCamp, Zoho, JIRA) preferred
• Experience in maintaining a strong relationship with partners interested in programmatic interventions

Compensation
Remuneration will be competitive with the Indian development sector pay scales and will depend upon the candidate’s skills and experience levels.
